The Svea Ark Foundation
Steward of the protocol. Root trust authority. Custodian of institutional interoperability.

The Svea Ark Foundation exists to ensure that artificial intelligence may participate in society under verifiable trust, lawful permission, and human oversight.
The Foundation publishes the Svea Ark Model Context Protocol and the associated Identity & Trust Framework. It serves as a Level 5 Root Trust Authority within the protocol — issuing, certifying, and revoking credentials across the network of participating institutions.
- Certificate issuance and lifecycle management
- Revocation and security advisories
- Governance of the protocol specification
- Enforcement of standards and certification levels
- Stewardship of the Root Trust Network
Neutrality
The Foundation is vendor-neutral. The protocol is open and may be implemented by any institution that meets its certification standards.
Accountability
The Foundation operates under public audit. Every decision affecting the trust network is recorded, attributable, and reviewable.
Continuity
The Foundation’s mandate is institutional, not commercial. Its purpose is to outlast the technologies it stewards.
The protocol is in active draft. Institutions, regulators, and implementers are invited to study the specification and participate in its development.
